Assert yourself – Your
energy can usually cause ghosts to want to leave. Have an attitude of ‘This is
my home and that’s the way it going to be!’
Ask the ghost to leave – In
a firm clear tone, let the ghost know that it is time for him to move on and
that this is your home now.
*You can also take another route
and ask that the ghost not bother you if you don’t mind if he stays. I’ve gone
so far as to tell mine that if he insists on staying that he please stay clear
of the bathrooms and our bedrooms as these are the places where we relax and
want our privacy.
Cleanse and purify – You can
use candles, sage or stones; or all 3 if you want.
Candles – Take a small white candle that has been
lit into each room. As you walk around the room, say that you want all
unwanted presences to leave your home immediately. Seal the room by
visualizing white light surrounding it.
Stones/Crystals –
Obsidian and Hermatite (black stones) are known as anti-ghost protectors. And
use clear quartz to clean your energy.
Saging – Following the
same procedure as the candle, carry a burning (smoking) bundle of sage to each
room asking the ghost(s) to leave.
Ask for spritual help – Pray
to God and angels to rid your home of the unwanted presence. I pray over my
children each night that their angels to watch over them and protect them from
any other presence. I also say that nothing other than myself and my children
as well as God and his angels are allowed to be in that room or my house for
that matter.
Remove suspicious items – Did you acquire an heirloom or antique
around the same time you noticed paranormal activity? If so, time to get rid of
it no matter how much you like it.
Find an expert – Many areas
have “releasers” that are skilled in psychic arts and can help the ghost cross
over. Contact a local paranormal research team to find one in your area.
